Unveiling the Flow Mystery: CV Value Testing of the CL150# 2" V-port 60 Degree Ball Valve


 

In this video, we conduct a CV value test on the VW-52 CL150# 2" V-port 60-degree ball valve to evaluate its flow performance. During the testing process, we meticulously set up the fluid supply system and recorded flow and pressure data at various valve openings. This data will assist us in calculating the valve's CV value, allowing us to determine its flow capacity under specific conditions. Through this testing, we aim to provide reliable insights for the design of fluid control systems, ensuring the selection of appropriate valves to meet application requirements. 


CV Testing for Flow Rates Around 210 GPM
